We want you to love your purchase from My Oh My. If something isn’t quite right, returns are accepted under the guidelines below.
Return Policy
- You have 7 days from when you receive your order (as per the tracking) to return and have it back in our store for a full refund.
- Any order returned after 7 days of delivery date, can be returned for store credit up until 10 days of delivery date.
- After 10 days of delivery date no returns are accepted.
- Items must be in new condition with tags on. Items that are received in a non sellable/damaged
condition are unable to be returned and refunded.
Eligibility Requirements
To be approved for return, items must:

Be in new condition — unworn, unwashed, free of scents, and with all original tags attached

Be accompanied by a proof of purchase

Only one return label may be issued per order

Orders cannot be edited, canceled, or adjusted after they have been placed

Follow the instructions to generate a prepaid return shipping label

Refund Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after your return is received

Shipping Responsibility: Once an order has shipped, My Oh My is not liable for lost or stolen packages

Damaged or Defective Items: Claims must be reported within 30 days of purchase

Color Disclaimer: Certain items, especially those with dark and light color combinations, may experience color transfer. This is not considered a defect
Holiday & Sale Purchases

Orders placed within 7 days before Pesach or Sukkos are final sale

Sale items are final sale and may not be returned or canceled
In-Store Pickup Orders
- Orders must be picked up within 72 hours of purchase; orders exceeding 72 hours will be cancelled, and a 15% restrocking fee will be applied.
